Why is Singapore Police Force being used again for political persecution after 13 years of political persecution?

 
In 2013, taxpayers' money was used to threaten to sue me for defamation, the AGC was involved, and the defamation case didn't proceed. The entire government statutory board has now ceased to exist:

In fact, I was first invited but the Singapore government purposely changed my schedule at the very last-minute numerous times which I graciously agreed, yet they decided to disinvite me in the end because they’re unable to face the truth.  
 
The Internet Brigade is always used to spread rumors against me such as I'm a Malaysian to cover up the fact that I was deported from Malaysia back to Singapore because they’re unable to face the truth that I will say about Human Rights violations in Singapore.

It's deplorable for the government to claim that I'm a "national threat who will affect bilateral relationship" when I'm merely speaking up about the sufferings of the people.  
 
Until today, the Singapore government did not sign the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights causing Singaporeans to have a lack of Housing rights, Healthcare rights and Human rights.  
 
For Housing rights, the Singapore government claimed that Housing & Development Board (HDB) a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development has a deficit of $6.8 billion in 2023 because of $7.5 Billion paid to Singapore Land Authority a statutory board under the Ministry of Law.  
Isn't this a case of left pocket to right pocket Singapore both are government ministries?  
 
For Healthcare rights, the Singapore government through MediShield Life Premiums collected $9,207 millions from 2020 to 2023 was $9,207 millions but the claims paid was only $4,886 millions.  
Isn't this a cash-cow from a cashflow perspective since they collect more than they spend every single year?  
 
I'm the first and only Singaporean to be threatened with a defamation suit from a Singapore government statutory board.  
 
I'm the first and only Singaporean to be banned from holding events at the only venue Singaporeans can gather.  
 
I'm the first and only Singaporean to be charged for holding events at the only location Singaporeans can legally protest.  
 
I'm the first and only Singaporean to be disqualified from standing for parliamentary election in 2020 after being the first independent female candidate in Singapore's history.  
 
I'm the first and only Singaporean to be manhandled in Singapore Parliament for sitting down quietly that my presence disturbs the guilt out of them.  
 
HAN HUI HUI IS NOT SUED, NOT CHARGED AND NOT FINED.

On 27 Jun 2016, Singapore’s state court Judge CHAY YUEN FATT made judgement against me as follows: 1. SGD$2,500 fine because “She rallied her Facebook readers”. 2. SGD$600 fine because I “made vitriolic speeches to denounce the government and various government policies”. On 22 Feb 2017, Singapore’s high court Justice SEE KEE OON rejected my appeal and I was immediately being sent to face 5 weeks in prison for not paying the fine of $3,100. On 22 Feb 2017 at 10am, I was at Singapore’s High Court for the appeal against the judgement made by Singapore’s state court Judge CHAY YUEN FATT. Who to vote for in my first Singapore Presidential Election?

For the first time in my life, I will have the chance to vote during Singapore’s Presidential Election. Although Singapore had 4 elected presidents and this coming election is for the 5th president, there were only two elections being held. The first election was in 1993 and the president elected was Ong Teng Cheong with 58.69% of the votes from 952,513 voters, while the second election was in 2011 and the president elected was Tony Tan Keng Yam with 35.20% of the votes from 745,693 voters.
