In Singapore, the government Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) is busy persecuting lawyers who speak up, or merely raised questions about the incumbent ruling party. On 23 March 2023, lawyer Charles Yeo Yao Hui, who has a warrant of arrest issued against him after he absconded, intended to go to the UK to seek political asylum. https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/courts-crime/fugitive-lawyer-charles-yeo-told-investigator-that-he-does-not-intend-to-return-to-singapore On 21 March 2023, lawyer M. Ravi has been handed the maximum suspension of five years for making “baseless and grave” allegations against the Attorney-General, prosecutors and the Law Society that undermine the integrity of Singapore’s justice system. https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/courts-crime/lawyer-m-ravi-suspended-for-5-years-over-baseless-allegations-against-justice-system On 3 March 2023, the police have opened investigations into Mr Lee Hsien Yang and his wife Lee Suet Fern for potential offences of g
It’s the season of giving! A year ago, I told you about http://huihui247.blogspot.com/2011/12/ghost-protocol.html This is my third official year, hence there’ll be 300 beneficiaries. It will be 60 per organisation :) It’s great that the number of people have reduced as they have moved on to a better life =) In the social media of Singapore, there’s this saga: Apparently, this couple is gonna get married. And here comes this third party. Sounds like the pink lipstick that I recently talked about. Every day, people go on fb and comment, the comments are very interesting… Now I think I went on to read the comments rather that what the people actually said. So I saw this comment That she locked her blog, I went and it’s true. Well, he’s earning 8k a month which will allow her to lead a tai-tai life according to people who commented as well, which is the kinda life she wants so she can just sit back, relax and not bother. Now that’s sad, because my entertainment
After the last Parliamentary Sitting on 10 May 2023, Singaporeans waited almost two months for the next Parliamentary Sitting on 3 July 2023 for the Parliamentary Debate on Singapore Ridout Road Saga. Was it even a debate or was it just a show to pacify Singaporeans? Two ruling political parties' ministers’ monthly rents of $26,500 and $19,000 for Ridout Road bungalows was exposed, thus the government waited for two months to marinate a juicy story to explain how they can get some of the biggest landed properties at the lowest rate in Singapore. It's easy to practice political apathy, but here are 7 issues to ponder why Singapore birth rates hit record low of 35,605 in 2022: 1. Not house, but houses. According to the parliamentary debate on Ridout road saga, there are two landed properties involved - 26 Ridout Road and 31 Ridout Road. The two ministers who are living in the two landed properties have other properties while renting two of the biggest landed properties in

Posted by Han Hui Hui 韩慧慧 on Friday, July 17, 2015 They are brothers staying at 345 Bukit Batok Street 34 #06-276 Singapore (650345) Police report was being lodged but no action was being taken. It’s not few tens or hundreds of dollars but thousands of dollars from a single person, imagine how many Singaporeans out there are being scammed by this pair of devious brothers? As usual, I was curious why aren’t the police taking any action and upholding justice to return people their hard earned money, so I did a background search. Anyway, this pair of brothers blocked me on facebook after I confronted them on behalf of my friend =.= FAN RUICHENG S8307560J https://www.facebook.com/bryannzfan FAN REN RAY S8025476H https://www.facebook.com/DatoSriRayFan People are questioning why are the police not doing anything and who can they po

Singaporean Han Hui Hui started blogging in 2007. Within a decade, blogging leads her to vlogging, making YouTube videos, meeting people in public, being part of public gatherings, interrogated by the Singapore police, charged in court by the Attorney-General's Chambers, fined by the authority, imprisoned by the establishment, deported by the Malaysian immigration back to Singapore under the demand of the Singapore government in 2017... To grow from a secondary school student in 2007 under the public eye, to have social media platforms being scrutinised by the people, to the extent of having public funds being used to pay the Attorney-General's Chambers so that they can type transcripts of Hui Hui's videos in order to coerce her via an unwritten law - a jail sentence of 18 years and a fine of SGD$600,000 in 2017 is something no one has, and hopefully no one will have to experience. In 2018, the gratitude to be nominated by the International Federation for Human Ri
For the first time in my life, I will have the chance to vote during Singapore’s Presidential Election. Although Singapore had 4 elected presidents and this coming election is for the 5th president, there were only two elections being held. The first election was in 1993 and the president elected was Ong Teng Cheong with 58.69% of the votes from 952,513 voters, while the second election was in 2011 and the president elected was Tony Tan Keng Yam with 35.20% of the votes from 745,693 voters. I was underage during the previous election, so two days later I'm finally going to vote for the first time in my life. @hanhuihui #yearningforjustice #hanhuihui #singapore #singaporean #singaporetiktok #sgtiktok #sgtiktoker #sgtiktokers #sgnews #sgfyp #sglife #sglife🇸🇬 ♬ original sound - Han Hui Hui 韩慧慧 Among the 4 presidents, 2 were elected by Singaporeans and the other 2 were walkovers. “KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT” shouted (to Han Hui Hui) Senior Director, Senior State Counsel DPP Francis NG Yong Kiat. Judge kept silent. Judge did nothing. Singapore’s AGC DPP can shout and intimidate Singaporeans, and behave in such an unbecoming manner in court when they do not have any legal representation. If this can happen in broad daylight in court, what do you think happens during police interrogations behind “closed door”? Singapore police used 8 hours to interrogate me and 6 hours for my co-accused, without any lunch or dinner. Can you imagine what 14-year-old Benjamin Lim went through in his 3-hour “interview” at the police station? Is Singapore a first world country? Han Hui Hui: Who did you ask to shout?
