Recently, another few batches of new citizens were converted, many people were angry online and they wanted the various alternative media to publish the news.
Something I disagree with, the same for race and religion.
We’re all humans so why the discrimination?
Do you remember how WWII was started?
Many people are unhappy with the recent conversion of new citizens but please remember that new citizens get to vote too, so we’ve to make them vote wisely, not cause divide but make Singaporeans be united as one :)

What if there’s a new citizen who converted after GE2011 standing as an opposition candidate in the next election with backings of fellow new citizens including civil servants and former civil servants?
In ten hours, I was flooded with massages.
There are three main misconceptions which I shall clear them once and for all.
1. Civil servants will NEVER vote for opposition because they are PAP members.
NO.
That’s what they made you think so that you’ll find them powerful, there are more people in private sector who are PAP members than in public sector.
2. Former civil servants will NEVER vote for opposition because they have pension.
NO.
The pension scheme is no longer there and for those who somehow managed to get, they are very unhappy with the tactics used.
3. All foreigners be it FWs, FTS, PRs or new citizens can vote in both countries.
FWs, FTS and PRs CANNOT vote in Singapore’s election.
New citizens have criteria which they should fulfil and they are all ABOVE average Singaporeans which is why layman are suffering and for those with dual citizenships, even they are so good that even their own country still want them.
If they are not better than you, would you lose?
If you would still lose then what is the reason?
Will you support if there’s a new citizen who converted after GE2011 standing as an opposition candidate in the next election with backings of fellow new citizens including civil servants and former civil servants standing up against PAP for the sake of you and Singapore?
