Article 12 and 13 of Singapore’s constitution
Previously, I knew about article 14, now I’m doing research for article 9 to 16 and it’s not that I’m studying law or for the court cases but an upcoming two weeks event.
Interestingly, do you know that article 12 of our Singapore’s constitution is about equal protection?
Under article 12 of the constitution:
All persons are equal before the law and entitled to the equal protection of the law.
Yet the PAP MPs are telling us that the PAP is in power and their leaders are natural aristocrats?
Meanwhile, PAP supporters are having difficulty trying to justify sub judice, contempt of court as well as all the recent court cases on how violence as well as attacking a child in the name of Lee Kuan Yew gives a lesser and shorter sentence than saying he’s a horrible man?
Additionally, do you know that article 13 of our Singapore’s constitution is about the prohibition of banishment and freedom of movement?
Under article 13 of the constitution:
No citizen of Singapore shall be banished or excluded from Singapore.
However, the PAP MPs are telling Singaporeans who are not happy with PAP’s retirement policies to migrate overseas?
And the blind followers of the PAP are trying to revoke citizenships of Singaporeans who care about the future of Singapore?
Singaporeans, is this improvement under the PAP after 50 years?
Let’s not talk about our hospital bed crunches, breaking down of transportation, foreigners getting scholarships etc…
