The evidence that the 4 Deputy Public Prosecutors presented in court has been unavailable since our 4-days trial from 13 to 16 Oct 2015.

The following was what happened in court and all grammar mistakes and sounds made are as it is:



4 Deputy Public Prosecutors: Are you able to tell whether this is the video that you earlier said you recorded?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Yes.

4 Deputy Public Prosecutors: The duration of the video?
Lim Tuan Ngee: 1 hour and 47 minutes and 46 seconds.

4 Deputy Public Prosecutors: Your honor we are asking for the video to be played from 21:40 onward to 44:41.
Lim Tuan Ngee: Ok.

4 Deputy Public Prosecutors: From the video you have watched, can you tell how many rounds the group made around Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Four.

4 Deputy Public Prosecutors: And are you able to tell what started the first round of marching?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think they announced the minister’s arrival.

Han Hui Hui: From 21 minute to 44 minute, you are very sure that there are four marches, can you tell us the four marches and the timing?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Erm just now we have just watch the video is four marches.

Han Hui Hui: Can you tell us specifically what the four timings for the four marches are?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Erm just now we have just saw er we erm they er we saw erm you marched around the event four rounds.

Han Hui Hui: From the timing 21 minute to 44 minute, did you lie that’s why you can’t tell the answer?

Han Hui Hui: What is the usual kind of activities held at Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Er I think most of the events were cater to the public, I also saw other events.

Han Hui Hui: What other events have you participated at Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I am not erm… er I am not have participated in any other event.

Han Hui Hui: Is this the first time you are at Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: No.

Han Hui Hui: Is this the first time you join the CPF protest?
Lim Tuan Ngee: No.

Han Hui Hui: You have been a participant of the CPF protest before?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Before this event I also er… erm went several times to record video.

Han Hui Hui: How many times for CPF protest?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think is erm four times.

Han Hui Hui: Did you go for all four?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think so.

Han Hui Hui: Did you videoed all four?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Ya, I think so.

Han Hui Hui: Do you agree that 27 September’s event was announced during August?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I don’t remember when it was announced but I erm know that it was announced yes.

Han Hui Hui: How frequent are demonstrations held at Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Well I have no idea because I didn’t count.

Han Hui Hui: How often do you go to Hong Lim Park?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I go there when there was an event held.

Han Hui Hui: How often is the CPF event?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I didn’t count the frequency of the event.

Han Hui Hui: When was the second CPF event?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Er I am not sure.

Han Hui Hui: The third CPF event was in 2013 according to you right?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Er I am not too sure now you have to refer to the video.

Han Hui Hui: The first CPF event is three four years ago right?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think so.

Han Hui Hui: You went for all four events for the CPF?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think so.

Han Hui Hui: What is the difference between the fourth CPF event and the previous three?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I can’t remember.

Han Hui Hui: When is the first time you heard of the CPF protest?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I can’t remember.

Han Hui Hui: You said the first CPF demonstration was four years ago?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Yes.

Han Hui Hui: So the first CPF protest was four years ago?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think so.

Han Hui Hui: Is the CPF event the only event you went to?
Lim Tuan Ngee: There are other events.

Han Hui Hui: For example?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Erm another one is the white paper.

Han Hui Hui: When you attended the white paper event, did the participants beat drums?
Lim Tuan Ngee: Erm not too sure.

Han Hui Hui: In the video, did any of the participants beat drums?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I think so.

Han Hui Hui: Is any of the participants beating drums one of us here?
Lim Tuan Ngee: I’m not too sure.

Han Hui Hui: Can you tell us at which timing did you see the participants beating drums?
Lim Tuan Ngee: You have to refer to the video.

Han Hui Hui: At which part of the video could you show it to us?
Lim Tuan Ngee: *shrug shoulder*
