38,808 PSLE students | 29,723 O level students | 13,582 A level students

38,808 students took PSLE in 2016:
25,750 students - 66.4% Express stream
8,300 students - 21.4% Normal (Academic) course
4,130 students - 10.6% Normal (Technical) course
628 students - 1.6% well…

Remember who said this?
“If you don't include your women graduates in your breeding pool and leave them on the shelf, you would end up a more stupid society... So what happens? There will be less bright people to support dumb people in the next generation. That's a problem.”

Anyway, 29,723 students took GCE O level in 2015:
- 23,790 were from Express
- 3,950 were from Normal
- 1,983 were private candidates

13,582 students took GCE A level in 2015:
12,639 students - 93.1% scored at least three Higher 2 (H2) passes.
There is no breakdown as to how many students are from local junior colleges or taking the exam as private candidates.
There is no breakdown as to how many students managed to enter local universities or even managed to enter any university.

Have you ever wondered...
How many students drop out of Singapore’s primary school from Primary 1 till PSLE?
How many students drop out of Singapore’s secondary school from Secondary 1 till GCE O level?
How many students drop out of Singapore’s junior college from JC 1 till GCE A level?

By the way, Singapore has a 107% increase in suicide of teens aged 10 to 19 in 2015.
