The Singapore government AGC wants Han Hui Hui to pay SGD$22,504.90 on behalf of five Singaporeans whom she does not know and has never met.
This is not the first time the AGC has targeted discrimination against Han Hui Hui.
In 2013, taxpayers money was used to threaten to sue Han Hui Hui for defamation, the AGC was involved and the defamation case didn't proceed.
The entire government statutory board has now ceased to exist.

In 2014, Han Hui Hui was charged in court and the trial lasted two years whereby she had to fund raise a total of $4,000 to pay off the $3,100 fine and the $450 fine each, for the other two co-accused whom she does not know who they are, until she met them in court.

In 2017, the AGC continued to stalk Han Hui Hui's social media accounts, and then sent her letters to threaten her family members into making her stop posting online with a SGD$600,000.00 fine and 18 years jail.

Han Hui Hui did oblige because she doesn't want her parents to die of a heart attack so she didn't post anything on social media until she was banned from entering Malaysia and deported back to Singapore.

In 2018, upon finding out that she was pregnant in Singapore, she hid her pregnancy because she was afraid to suffer a miscarriage like the couple whom AGC jailed for sedition.

In fact, she is afraid of miscarriage remembering how traumatic is was to be manhandled and forcibly removed from the parliamentary hearing by numerous police officers despite giving them all of her belongings.
