Nparks director Chia Seng Jiang to come up with excuses to ban me from speaking at Hong Lim Park on 10th Dec 2016.

Yesterday, on 7th Dec 2016, nparks staff said their manager Sim Bee Lan will respond to me.
However, there was not a single response.

Today, on 8th Dec 2016, nparks staff said Sim Bee Lan is unable to respond.
This is exactly what happened in court where Judge Chay Yuen Fatt answered on behalf of Sim Bee Lan when she was in the witness stand, saying
“She’s not able to answer that question.”
Such, is the judiciary system of Singapore.

Why am I the only Singaporean who is being banned from speaking at Hong Lim Park this Saturday on 10th December 2016?
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how the government has no transparency as to how Temasek lost $24 billion in a year, DBS has lapses in relation to the 1MDB-related fund and how police interrogation led to death of our youth?
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how there is no accountability when it comes to deaths caused by Hepatitis C, outbreak of tuberculosis cases, outbreak of Zika cases, SGD$470,000 spent on a bin centre or even SGD$368 million spent on 26 defective MRT trains.

Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how PAP policies affect our lives?
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how after 7th Jun 2014 event on our pension fund, the CPF Minimum Sum at SGD$148,000 was renamed to CPF Retirement Sum, and increased to the current SGD$161,000?
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how after 12th Jul 2014 event on our public healthcare, the CPF Medisave Contribution Ceiling at SGD$43,500 was renamed to CPF Basic Healthcare Sum, and increased to the current $49,800.
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how after 23rd Aug 2014 event on our public housing, additional rules apply to the use of CPF savings for flats with remaining lease of less than 60 years, no CPF can be used if the remaining lease of a flat is less than 30 years and a flat owner is eligible to use his CPF savings for the flat only if his age plus the remaining lease of the flat is at least 80 years.
Is it because it’s not allowed to talk about how after 27th Sep 2014 event on our jobs employment, we now have a 3.2% increase in bus fare, $30 increase in carpark fees, 10% increase in electricity tariffs, increase in lifts and trains breakdown?

For those who are interested, Chia Seng Jiang testified in court saying:

“The website does not er say erm east lawn west lawn lawn one lawn two er the website merely outline where is the speakers’ corner boundary.”
“The public order act and the exemption so you don’t need a police permit.”
“It’s erm within the boundary you don’t need a police permit.”
“YMCA did not say that they cannot carry out their event.”
Janet: So if you just want to talk to a girl, why must you bring a group of police?
Chia Seng Jiang: Ya er erm as it turned out the police was erm they were there la er erm ahem this.
Ivan: So you say this is a simple enforcement?
Chia Seng Jiang: This is not a simple enforcement.
At this moment, the Singapore’s judge Chay Yuen Fatt immediately interrupt the conversation to change the witness testimony from “not a simple enforcement” to “not an enforcement”
Chay Yuen Fatt: This is not an enforcement.

This is the kind of judge Chay Yuen Fatt is.
Singapore’s District Judge Mr CHAY YUEN FATT disqualified me by making judgement against me as follows:

1. SGD$2,500 fine because “She rallied her Facebook readers”.
2. SGD$600 fine because I “made vitriolic speeches to denounce the government and various government policies”.

Singapore’s District Judge Mr CHAY YUEN FATT is also the judge who gave Singapore’s online website (www.therealsingapore.com) Yang Kaiheng an 8 month jail sentence with his wife, Ai Takagi, who received 10 months in jail.
CHAY YUEN FATT quoted Brexit to sentence the TRS couple:

“Brexit was a shocking but powerful display of nationalistic sentiments by the majority of the voters in the UK. Nationalism has been described as a double-edged sword which can drive a nation to do better or cause its people to turn inwards. To put it bluntly, nationalism can degenerate very rapidly into xenophobia, racism, intolerance and violence.
Brexit is an example and a reminder of how strong, uncertain and unpredictable these emotions can be and the ramifications that these feelings can and have caused. The world is still reeling from the last week’s shocking result and continues to grapple with the new reality.”
